Open the pin in the Pinterest app, tap “···” in the top-right corner or the “Share” arrow under the pin and choose “Copy link”. On the website, copy the address from the browser bar — it looks like pinterest.com/pin/1234567890/.
Tip: The app copies a short link pin.it/XXXXXXX — that works too. Regional domains like ru.pinterest.com or de.pinterest.com work as well.
Paste the link into the field and click “Find”. If the link points to a video, we show the available MP4 qualities; if it's an image, we offer it at its maximum size; an animated pin is saved as a video or GIF.
Tip: You can paste several pins at once, one per line — we process them as a batch and offer “Download all”.
Click “Download” next to the option you need. A video is saved as MP4, an image as JPG or PNG at the resolution the author uploaded it in.
Tip: Pinterest stores the reduced previews and the original separately — we always give you the original, not the compressed copy from the feed.
Pins disappear together with boards and their authors' accounts, and inside the app you can't save an image at full size without extra steps.
