Copy the Weibo post link
In the Weibo app, open the post with the video, tap the “Share” icon in the top-right corner of the post → “复制链接” (Copy link). In a browser, just copy the address from the browser bar.

Why download Weibo videos

Weibo isn't built for viewers outside China: the site loads slowly, much of it is hidden behind a login, and posts don't live long.

Watch without a VPN or stuttering — Chinese CDNs are slow from abroad, while a downloaded file plays without buffering.
Save it before it's deleted: Weibo posts often vanish along with the author's account.
Forward it to friends on Telegram or WhatsApp as a file rather than a link they can't open without an account.

On iPhone

Open skachok.com in Safari, paste the link and tap “Download”. The file appears in “Files → Downloads”; to move it to your gallery, open the file and tap “Share” → “Save Video”.

On Android

In Chrome the file is saved to the Downloads folder and shows up in your gallery automatically. If the browser asks for permission to download — allow it.

On a computer

Copy the address from the browser bar, paste it on skachok.com and click “Find”. The file is saved to “Downloads”.
For 1080p and above we merge video and audio on the server — it takes from 10 seconds to a couple of minutes.

FAQ

Will the video have a watermark?

Yes, Weibo files carry the platform's logo and the author's username — Weibo itself burns it in when processing the video, and the platform has no clean original. We give you the file exactly as it sits on Weibo's servers.

Do I need a VPN or a Chinese account?

No. Skachok works with public posts directly: our server fetches the video from Weibo's CDN itself, so you need neither a VPN nor a Weibo account.

What quality is available?

Weibo usually serves several options up to 1080p. Without a Skachok account you get up to 720p; 1080p unlocks on Lite and above.

Can I download just the audio?

Yes. Choose MP3 in the “Audio” block — we extract the soundtrack and give it to you as a separate file.

Why isn't the link found?

Most often the post is restricted (visible only to followers, or deleted) or the link points to a profile rather than a specific post. Open the post in full and copy its own address. If the video is embedded from another service (Bilibili, for example), copy the link to the original platform.

Can I download Weibo live streams?

No, running streams aren't supported. If the author publishes the recording as a regular post with a video after the stream, you can download it from that post's link.
