1. General

The Skachok service (the "Service") provides a technical means to save a copy of a publicly available media file at a link supplied by the user. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for complying with copyright law and the rules of the platforms whose content they save. The Service is intended for downloading your own content, content under an open license, or content you have the rights holder's permission to download.

3. Restrictions

Using the Service to infringe third-party rights, for automated bulk downloading, for reselling access, or for circumventing the technical limits of the plans is prohibited.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are paid once for the chosen period. There is no auto-renewal. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Prices in US dollars

• Ruble prices apply to payments made in Russia: via SBP (the Faster Payments System) and with cards of Russian banks.
• Separate fixed prices in US dollars apply to payment with cards issued outside Russia (Visa, Mastercard via the FreeKassa payment service).
• The plan price is the US-dollar amount shown at checkout. The buyer's bank and the payment service may charge their own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees; the Service does not set or control these fees.
• Refunds are made to the same card in the currency of payment.
• Buyers who are residents of Russia pay for plans in rubles.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The availability of specific platforms and formats depends on third parties and may change. The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee that any given file can be downloaded.

7. File storage

Files prepared for download are automatically deleted from the Service's servers within 30 minutes.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current revision is always published on this page.
