A board link looks like pinterest.com/user/board-name/, and if you paste it into Skachok, no file is found. That is not a bug: the service downloads pins, and a board is not a file. So to download a Pinterest board you do two things: collect the pin links, then paste them one per line and take everything in a batch. Why a board link downloads nothing
A board is a list: it shows pins in a grid, while the files belong to the pins. Skachok looks for a specific file behind a link, the original image or the video stream, and a board page, a board section or a profile has none. So the honest answer to whether you can download a Pinterest board with a single link is no, neither through Skachok nor the app itself.
Unlike a YouTube playlist, which Skachok expands on Pro and Max (see how to download a YouTube playlist), a board has to be broken into links by hand: Pinterest does not hand its pin list to outside services.
Collecting pin links on a computer
You do not need to open every pin. Open the board in a browser, hover over a pin in the grid, right-click it and choose "Copy link address". The clipboard now holds a full address like pinterest.com/pin/1234567890/. Switch to the Skachok tab, paste the link, press Enter for a new line and go back for the next one.
If the menu opens something else, as on promoted pins, open the pin, copy the address from the address bar and press "Back". With two windows side by side, a 20 to 30 pin board is collected in a couple of minutes.
Collecting links on a phone
The board's own "Share" button in the app copies the board address, which is no use. Tap a pin so it fills the screen, then "Share" and "Copy link": you get a short pin.it/... address, which Skachok accepts as is.
The app overwrites the clipboard on every copy, so paste each link right away. Keep Skachok open in Safari or Chrome, and after every "Copy link" switch to it and tap "Paste": the button adds the link on a new line. Step by step: download all pins from a board
- Open the board on Pinterest.
- Open the Pinterest page on Skachok in a neighbouring tab.
- Copy the address of the first pin (right-click on a computer, "Share" then "Copy link" in the app) and paste it into the field.
- Repeat for the next pins, each link on a new line. The free plan accepts 3 links at a time, Lite 5, Pro 10, Max 50.
- Press "Find". A card appears for every pin with a preview and the file size.
- Press "Download all videos": the button downloads every card in turn, images included, each at its original size. A single pin can also be taken with "Download" on its card.
- When the batch is done, clear the field and paste the next links.
On the free plan an 8-second timer runs before each download. Files are streamed straight through, not stored: to download a pin again, paste its link again.
What you get
Skachok detects the type of every pin on its own.
- Images arrive at the resolution the author uploaded, as JPG or PNG, not as the downscaled feed copy; more in how to download Pinterest images in full size.
- Video pins arrive as MP4: up to 720p free, up to 1080p on Lite and above.
- Animated pins arrive as GIF or a short silent MP4, whichever way Pinterest stores them.
- Pins that link to YouTube or another site have no file on Pinterest: paste the address of the source video into the same batch instead.
- Multi-slide Idea Pins do not always download.
There are no watermarks: Pinterest does not add them, and the service draws nothing on the files.
How many rounds a 30-pin board takes
There are two limits: links accepted at a time and files per day. The math for a board of 30 pins:

To save a Pinterest board to your computer once, sign up and use the 2 days of Pro: 50 files a day in batches of 10 covers a medium-sized board. Secret boards and other people's boards
Skachok sees Pinterest as a logged-out visitor, so pins from someone else's secret board cannot be downloaded. Pins from your own secret board will not be found either, even if you are logged into Pinterest in the same browser: the service does not see your login.
For your own board, make it public for a while: open it, tap the pencil "Edit" icon and switch off "Secret board". Download the pins, then set it back to secret. Public group boards you belong to download fine.
Storing the files and giving credit
Make a folder for every board: the browser drops everything into Downloads, and after three boards the references get mixed up. Before renaming, check the file count against the pin count.
A downloaded board is still other people's work: almost every pin leads to its author's website, and "Visit site" under the pin opens the source. For a mood board or an interior plan, downloading pins is fine. Posting them as your own or using them in ads and products without permission is not, and a pin being on Pinterest does not count as permission.
What Pinterest itself offers
You cannot save a Pinterest board to your computer with the platform's own tools. A pin's "Download image" item works one pin at a time and returns a downscaled copy, and video pins have no such button. You can request a copy of your account data, but that is an archive of records, not a folder of pictures. Pinterest offers no way to download all pins from a board as files, so link collecting and batch pasting into Skachok remains the working method.
