Step by step: download a Vimeo video by link
- Open the video on vimeo.com and copy the address from the browser bar. In the Vimeo app tap "Share" and choose "Copy link".

How to download a Vimeo video embedded on a website
A common situation: the video sits on an online course page or a studio's site, there is no "Watch on Vimeo" button, and the page address means nothing to the service. You need to get the address of the player itself. There are three ways, from the simplest to the most reliable.
Method 1: the logo in the player. Hover over the video. Many embedded players have a Vimeo logo or the video title in the corner; clicking it opens the video on vimeo.com in a new tab. Copy the address from there.
Method 2: the right-click menu. Right-click the video. The embedded Vimeo player usually has a "Copy video link" or "Copy video URL at current time" item. Remove the #t= tail from the copied address if there is one.
Method 3: the frame address. If the first two did not work, right-click the area next to the video (not the player itself) and choose "Inspect" in Chrome or "Inspect Element" in Firefox. Which videos cannot be downloaded
Vimeo respects the creator's settings, and Skachok cannot bypass them. These will not download:
