Vimeo shows a “Download” button only when the author has enabled it, and most videos — portfolios, lectures, short films — can only be watched. Skachok saves public Vimeo videos as MP4 up to 1080p from a regular link, with no Vimeo account.

Open the video on vimeo.com and copy the address from the browser bar — it looks like vimeo.com/123456789. In the Vimeo app, tap “Share” (the arrow) → “Copy link”.
Tip: If the video is embedded on another site, right-click the player → “Copy video URL” — you get a player.vimeo.com/video/… link, which works too.
