You can download a Likee video right inside the app, but the result is disappointing: a logo and the author's username get stamped over the clip, and the picture loses quality. Likee is a short-video app in the TikTok mold, popular in Russia, India and Southeast Asia, and it lives almost entirely on the phone. Where the watermark comes from
When an author uploads a clip, Likee keeps two versions. The first is the original, which the player shows in the feed. Where to get the right link
Unlike most platforms, Likee lives mostly inside its app, so the link is best taken from there.
- Open the video you want in the Likee app.
- Tap the "Share" button (the arrow to the right of the video).
- In the menu that appears, choose "Copy link".
- Your clipboard now holds a short link like

That is exactly the link the service needs. It leads to the page of a specific clip and contains everything required to locate the original. A link to the author's profile will not do: it holds dozens of videos, and the service cannot tell which one to save.
How to download a Likee video without a watermark
Once the link is copied, three steps remain.
- Open the Likee page on Skachok in any browser: Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android or anything on a computer.
- Paste the link into the field. On a phone it is handy to tap the clipboard icon to the right of the field; it pastes the link for you.
- Tap "Find". After a couple of seconds the video card appears with a preview and a "Download" button.
- Tap "Download". The watermark-free MP4 is saved to your downloads.

Where the file is saved on a phone
On Android the video ends up in the "Download" folder. The gallery picks it up automatically, usually within a few seconds. If it does not, open the "Files" app and look for the clip under downloads.
On iPhone, Safari saves the file to the Files app, "Downloads" section. To get the clip into Photos, open it in Files, tap "Share" and choose "Save Video". After that you can post it to another social network, send it in a messenger or open it in a video editor.
On a computer it is even simpler: copy the link from the app, send it to yourself in any messenger or notes app, open it on the computer and paste it into Skachok. The file goes to the browser's Downloads folder.
Quality and format
Likee stores clips in vertical format, most often 720p or 1080p, depending on the author's camera and upload settings. Skachok delivers the original MP4, that is, the same resolution the video is stored in on the platform. There is no extra compression.
MP4 opens everywhere: in the phone gallery, in any video editor, in Telegram and on a computer. The vertical orientation is preserved, so the clip can go straight to TikTok, Shorts or Reels without re-rendering. Resolution up to 720p is free. If a clip was uploaded in 1080p, full Full HD requires the Lite plan at $1.99 a month (99 ₽ in Russia). Your own clips and other people's
The most common scenario is retrieving your own videos. If the source file on your phone was deleted, the branded version from the app is the only one left. Downloading by link solves that: you get the file exactly as you uploaded it.
With other people's videos the rule is simple. Saving a clip to watch offline or show friends usually bothers no one. Publishing someone else's video under your own name is not allowed, and a missing watermark does not change that. If the video is not found
A few reasons the search may end in an error.
- A profile link instead of a video link. Check that the address starts with
l.likee.video/v/. - A private account. Clips from private profiles are visible only to followers, and the service cannot fetch them.
- The video was deleted. The short link leads to a page that no longer exists.
- The link was copied with extra text. The app sometimes adds a caption to the link. Keep only the address itself.
- A temporary platform glitch. Wait a minute and tap "Find" again.
